We are looking for a 3D rendering agency or freelancers who can consistently deliver high-quality renders.
What We Offer:
Rate: We are offering $70-100 per render, depending on the complexity of the project.
Volume: Initially, we anticipate a steady flow of work that could grow to as much as 40-60 renders i.e. $4,000 per month as we solidify our partnership.
Steady Work: We're looking for a long-term partner, not just a one-time project. This means consistent work with the potential to scale.
What we expect:
Quality: It is crucial that our partners can not only match but exceed our current quality consistently.
Revisions: Each project includes 3 free rounds of revisions to ensure the final output meets our standards. Please note that corrections (fixing errors) are separate from revisions (design changes).
Communication: We will send communications that we receive from the client. Understanding and implementing it is the responsibility of the vendor.
Daily reporting: To ensure all projects run smoothly, we expect a daily report for all current projects.
Questions You Might Have:
General Project Scope: We primarily work on small to medium residential spaces. Attached is a PDF of examples of projects we’ve worked on.
Quality Expectations: Attached is a PDF of the kind of quality we are looking for.
Turnaround Time: Generally, for a set of 4 interior renders, we have a timeline of 8-10 days. First drafts are shared within 6 days, then time for revisions aimed at finishing within the next 2-4 days.
Software & Tools: We use 3ds Max and Corona. If you use V-Ray, we have no problem with that.
Communication: We communicate internally over Slack. We will have weekly online meetings to regulate quality and check progress on all projects.
Availability: Our team is from different time zones and works round the clock, with Sundays off.
Terms: We are comfortable with monthly invoices. However, for the first trial project, we can start with a deposit.
